On its own, any training center would be a good looking building of very little real importance; but, within a clear common strategy, our Training Center becomes itself an essential element of our long term success formula;

Success can be easily measured by profits, by increased value of the shares on the stock exchange, or by dividends, but real success has to endure the test of time, it has to be long term and not short lived, and has to take into consideration the active interaction between the company and the society and environment which we live in; The real measure of success is through the corporate social responsibility of the company and what it can offer to its society.

To succeed, we need to have a clear vision as to where we want to be in the next 50 or even 100 years; we then need to find out our role within this vision; then we need to break down this role into strategies, work them into some long term plans, build an organization to enable us to reach those plans, and finally manage the organization to reach our goals…

With all this in mind, our training policy and our training center become a focal point in our strategy and an important secret for our success.

In common with our country, Jordan has contributed much more than its share to the development of the surrounding countries; What may be considered as emigration in other countries becomes Jordan's major export commodity; Jordanians abroad contribute up to 20% to our GDP on a yearly basis! which simply means that our workforce must be the best trained and most productive workforce in the region. The more we invest in their education, the better future rewards.
